ABOUT ARTIST

Arpita Bhavsar`s artistic passion began when had finished her drawing and painting diploma from C.N. College of Fine Arts in 2006. Created art capturing spiritual connection to nature and has been experimenting with color- ink on canvas. Meticulously crafted imageries on canvas of surreal elements of human forms and the bounty of nature appear to form a cohesive dialogue between human nature and nature. The artist often perceives herself and her life in the vibrant colors of nature where she listens to unspoken words in its silent serenity. The affectionate ink rendering of the surface narrates a story of every leaf and branch of a tree to which she stands evidence as a curious onlooker. These narratives are to be found with traces of emotional and spiritual connections woven in her works. While the rigidity of the roots and branches express the tough side of life. The sensitivity of leaves and blossoms convey the message of love and passion. Nature in its transparent form shows definite faces and a leading path like a Guardian of the emerging artist Arpita Bhavsar.
